Marga Online Event Consent Form

Congratulations parents!

Our young seekers have reached their very first milestone, and this is a wonderful moment to celebrate. Thanks for your support and encouragement throughout.

This consent form is to obtain parent/guardian permission for a child’s participation in the Marga online event, including student presentations, online interaction, and optional photo, video, voice, or recording use for event highlights and Marga communication purposes.

1. Participation Consent

I give permission for my child to participate in the Marga online event. I understand that the event may include student presentations, recitation, reflections, discussion, group interaction, and other learning-related activities.

2. Online Platform Consent

I understand that this event will be conducted online through a video conferencing platform. I agree that my child may appear on camera and participate using audio, video, and/or chat features during the event.

3. Photo, Video, and Recording Consent

I understand that Marga will record or capture screenshots, photos, or video clips during the online event for documentation, celebration, educational, promotional, or social media purposes.

4. Parent/Family Attendance

I understand that parents, family members, and invited guests may attend the online event. I agree to ensure that any guests attending through my family’s link will respect the privacy and dignity of all participating children and families.

5. Privacy and Respect

I agree not to record, screenshot, download, or share images, videos, or personal information of other children or families from the event without their permission.

6. Guest Attendance and Consent for Other Minors

If I invite or allow any other minor guest to attend the Marga online event, I confirm that their parent/legal guardian has given permission for them to attend and has been informed that the event may be recorded.

7. Acknowledgement

I understand that Marga will make reasonable efforts to create a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for all participants. I acknowledge that online participation carries some privacy considerations, and I agree to support my child in participating respectfully and safely.
