This Privacy Policy describes how Riselii Inc., operating under the Marga brand, collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses personal information when you access our website, services, or related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User(s)” refers to any individual, organization, or entity that visits the website or provides information to Riselii Inc. through any of the methods described in the Collection of Information section.

Riselii Inc. does not disclose personal or transaction-related information except as permitted by this Privacy Policy. This may include situations where disclosure is necessary to:

  • Process payments through authorized payment providers

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

  • Prevent fraud or misuse of the Services

  • Protect the rights, safety, or integrity of our users and Services

Riselii Inc. shall not be held liable for disclosures made in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any applicable agreements with users, or as required by law.

We collect information in three ways: (a) you provide it, (b) it’s collected automatically, (c) it comes from service providers.

A. Information you provide

  • Account & contact info: name, email, WhatsApp number (if provided), country/region

  • Support & communications: messages you send us (email, forms, WhatsApp)

  • User content (if you choose to submit it): notes, reflections, comments, community posts (if enabled)

  • Purchases: transaction confirmations, subscription status, and limited billing details (payments are processed by Stripe Payments and its payment partners)

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referral pages

  • Cookies & similar technologies: for sign-in, preferences, security, analytics, and performance (see Section 7)

C. Information from service providers

  • Wix / Stripe Payments: hosting and site operation data; payment confirmations and related details needed to process transactions

  • Analytics and communications tools: aggregated or event-based usage data (depending on what you enable)

Wix provides the platform hosting and infrastructure for our website and may process personal information on our behalf as a service provider/processor.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Wix (our website platform) and Stripe Payments (our payment provider) to host the site and process payments

  • Service providers who help us run Marga (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, communications tools). They may process information only to provide services to us.

  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when necessary

  • Authorities / legal compliance when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

  • Business transfer (merger/acquisition): information may transfer as part of the transaction, with notice where required

Community features (if enabled): anything you choose to post may be visible to others depending on the feature and your settings.

5) WhatsApp communications

If you provide a WhatsApp number, we may contact you:

  • to respond to support requests, and/or

  • for updates or reminders if you opt in (where required)

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” (or following instructions in the message) or by contacting us at support@mymarga.com.

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

United States (State laws, including California): depending on your state, you may have rights to access/know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses (e.g., targeted advertising). California provides an opt-out right for “sale or sharing” and recognizes opt-out signals like Global Privacy Control.

How to exercise your rights:

Email privacy@mymarga.com with subject “Privacy Request”. We may verify your identity.

13) “Do Not Sell or Share” (California)

We do not sell personal information. If we engage in activities that may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (for example, certain advertising/analytics setups), you can opt out by contacting us at privacy@mymarga.com with subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We will also honor valid opt-out signals where required (e.g., GPC).
