This website https://mymarga.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Riselii Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Riselii,” “Marga,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” which expressions shall, where the context permits, include its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns).

Our Marga Promise
​
At Marga, we want every journey to feel thoughtful, clear, and supportive.
We understand that life changes, schedules shift, and sometimes a plan that felt right at one moment may need to change. This policy is here to make cancellations and changes easy to understand, while also honoring the time, care, and resources that go into creating Marga’s programs, live cohorts, and digital experiences.
For recurring subscriptions, you are welcome to cancel your renewal anytime before your next billing date. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period, and your plan will not renew after that.
For one-time digital purchases and full-program access, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, since the materials and content become available right away.
For cohort-based or live guided journeys, if you need to cancel before the program begins, we may be able to transfer your spot to a future cohort, depending on availability. Once a live cohort has started, refunds are generally not available.
If unexpected circumstances arise, you are welcome to contact us. While we review requests thoughtfully and fairly, exceptions may not always be possible and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
This Cancellation Policy governs cancellations for subscriptions, digital purchases, live programs, and related services offered by Marga.

1. Recurring Subscription Plans
For monthly, multi-month, annual, or other recurring subscription plans:

Subscribers may cancel the renewals at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals only.

Access to the subscribed content, services, or platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for any unused portion of an active billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. One-Time Digital Purchases
For one-time purchases, including but not limited to digital programs, downloadable resources, workshops, courses, recordings, and full-program access:

All such purchases are final once access to the digital content, materials, or resources has been granted.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

3. Cohort-Based, Guided, or Live Programs
For cohort-based journeys, facilitator-led sessions, group programs, live workshops, or similar offerings:

A participant who cancels before the official start date of the program may request a transfer to a future cohort or offering, subject to availability and Marga’s sole discretion.

Refunds are generally not available once the program has commenced.

Failure to attend a live session, workshop, or cohort meeting does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.

4. Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a live session or guided event:

No refund, credit, or rescheduling right will be provided for missed sessions.

Marga may, but is not obligated to, provide recordings, replays, summary materials, or alternative resources where available.

5. Promotional Offers and Discounted Purchases
Purchases made using promotional pricing, early-bird rates, coupon codes, or limited-time offers remain subject to this Cancellation Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for exception due to extraordinary circumstances may be submitted to Marga for review. Any exception, transfer, credit, or accommodation shall be granted solely at Marga’s discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. How to Cancel
Cancellations may be made by:

canceling through the customer’s account or subscription settings, where available, or

contacting Marga at support@mymarga.com before the next billing date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that cancellation is completed prior to renewal.
8. No Waiver
Marga’s decision to make an exception in one instance does not obligate Marga to make the same or similar exception in any other case.
9. Policy Changes
Marga reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting on the applicable website or platform, unless otherwise stated.
